    • Office/Client Manager


      10-20hrs/wk (2-4hrs/day, 3-5 days a week)

    Your primary function will be office management, client services, and creative support. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and its various projects. Duties include, communicating with executives, relaying important information or policy changes from upper management, and implementing incentives to enhance employee productivity. Billing and reconciling of projects. Daily project management of upcoming projects, current projects and past projects.

    DUTIES & RESPSONSIBLITIES will vary, but might include:

    • Working closely and cooperatively with the creative team to ensure deliverables meet client needs and accomplish goals, objectives, and company standards.
    • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.
    • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
    • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
    • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
    • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
    • Option for proposal management w/added commission
    • Light invoicing and bookkeeping.
    • Establishing and Maintaining client relations for current and past projects
    • Manage project schedules and budgets.
    • Monitoring project activities and staff billings to ensure campaigns stay on time and on budget.
    • Reporting regularly to senior staff and seek guidance as needed
    • Supporting new business efforts as needed, including developing proposal and pitch content, and determining internal needs
    • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, snacks, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.



    • Outstanding personal and communication skills
    • Past office management or booking a plus
    • Experience working with QuickBooks and bookkeeping a huge plus
    • Superb organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage a diverse workload and unique teams
    • Attention to detail and willingness to learn in this unique environment
    • Capability to complete projects on time with minimal supervision.
    • A commitment to quality and a passion to constantly learn and evolve communication strategies.



    • The salary range for this position is $20-25/hr (based on experience and availability) with an option to earn additional commissions

  • Avid Media Composer experience is a plus
  • Must be experienced in non-linear editing
  • Must be able to edit quickly on Adobe Premiere and/or Avid Media Composer
  • Must be able to work with and without direction and under tight deadlines
  • Available after-hours is a plus
  • Must be available to edit on site
  • Personal editing system a plus, but not necessary
  • Freelance
  • Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects
  • Proficient in Cinema 4d or 3D Studio Max is a bonus
  • Own system a plus, but not necessary
  • Must be able to work on site
