LCM Waterfalls & Ponds is a water feature-focused landscape design company in Peyton, Colorado. With over 10 years of experience building ponds, waterfalls, fire features, and other outdoor living space elements, LCM creates some of the most stunning backyards in the state.
Overview
We work with a lot of companies who have just started a period of huge growth. These businesses are transitioning from a period where they wear multiple hats and spend almost all of their time running their business and working through processes by trial and error.
When you get to a certain point in your growth, in order to maintain and grow even further, you can’t afford to risk your success on trial-and-error tactics anymore. You can’t afford to wear all of the hats and still expect to run a business successfully. LCM came to us knowing that they needed help managing their brand identity and marketing activities. So it was new to them to not have to.

The Challenge
Enable the business owner to focus on what he does best: build water feature displays. By handling LCM’s marketing efforts from top to bottom while the business prepared their feature display for the Colorado Garden & Home Show, they were able to create something really spectacular without worrying about missing out on potential clients. This is the biggest potential lead-generating event of the year, so precision and planning were critical.
